A welcoming, elegant and brand-led commercial interior design project for one of Clifton's most recognisable letting agencies.Sarah Kenny Residential Lettings appointed Alteriors to deliver a complete commercial interior design transformation of their long-established premises in the heart of Bristol's Clifton district. The objective was to create a contemporary workspace that reflected the company's reputation for professionalism, trust and exceptional customer service, while strengthening its connection to the local community.Our commercial interior design approach focused on creating an environment that was both visually distinctive and highly functional. The brief called for a space that felt approachable and welcoming to clients, while providing an efficient and inspiring workplace for the team.The building was stripped back to its shell before being reimagined through a carefully considered interior design scheme. Every aspect of the space was redesigned, from the customer-facing reception areas through to the staff workspaces and meeting rooms. Bespoke joinery was crafted throughout, providing tailored solutions that support both day-to-day operations and the overall customer experience.The commercial interior design draws heavily on Sarah Kenny's established brand identity. Warm colour palettes, tactile materials and refined finishes create a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere, while natural timber details, textured upholstery and carefully integrated lighting add warmth and character throughout the space.Alongside the aesthetic transformation, the design prioritises functionality, incorporating integrated storage solutions, bespoke workstations and flexible meeting spaces to support a modern and efficient way of working. Fully Bespoke.
The kitchen forms the real showpiece of the workplace. Charcoal cabinets are offset with open birch ply drawers, and suspended plywood and oak shelving. Large format terrazzo tiles add a bold playful element, whilst the low level lighting complete the more moody lounge feel. All of the kitchen cabinets and joinery were made fully bespoke to make the most of the space.
