A welcoming, elegant and brand-led transformation for Clifton’s most recognisable letting agency.
Sarah Kenny Residential Lettings tasked us with a complete overhaul of their long-standing premises — a prominent, space located in the heart of Bristol’s Clifton neighbourhood.
The brief was to create a space that truly reflected who they are: professional yet personable, trusted yet contemporary, and proudly rooted in the Bristol community. The result is a calm, refined, brand-led workplace that balances a homely feel with the efficiency of a high-performing agency.
Every element was redesigned from scratch. We stripped the building back to its shell before rebuilding with bespoke joinery, crafted to support both front-of-house service and behind-the-scenes teamwork. The interior palette draws directly from Sarah Kenny’s brand identity — sophisticated, warm and tactile finishes come together to create a cohesive experience from street frontage to meeting rooms.
Textured upholstery, soft lighting and carefully formed natural timber details provide warmth and welcome, while clean lines, integrated storage and custom-made workstations ensure seamless functionality. The result is a thoughtfully crafted space where clients feel at ease and the brand’s reputation is carried through every detail.
Fully Bespoke.
The kitchen forms the real showpiece of the workplace. Charcoal cabinets are offset with open birch ply drawers, and suspended plywood and oak shelving. Large format terrazzo tiles add a bold playful element, whilst the low level lighting complete the more moody lounge feel. All of the kitchen cabinets and joinery were made fully bespoke to make the most of the space.
