A calm, crafted refuge on one of Bristol’s busiest streets
Gather Coffee chose a prominent spot on Park Street — a lively thoroughfare known for its independent shops, steep incline and constant buzz. The brief was to transform the unit into a warm, understated space that offered a moment of pause in the middle of the busy city.
We delivered a full interior fit-out driven by craftsmanship and material quality. Natural timber, bespoke joinery and minimal detailing shape a layout that feels both efficient for service and inviting to linger. Custom shelving, a carefully proportioned counter, and integrated storage keep the space clutter-free while highlighting the café’s simple, considered offer.
The exterior was refreshed with a deep green façade, paired with clean typography and timber benches that encourage customers to gather outdoors. Soft lighting inside creates a relaxed atmosphere that contrasts the pace of the street outside, making the café feel like a retreat without losing its urban character.
