Alteriors delivered a bespoke office fit out for Focal Point, a Cambridge-based GPS technology company, creating a bold, engaging and highly functional workplace within their new Bristol office.
Located on the 11th floor of Castlemead, this Bristol office fit out transformed a newly refurbished space into a workplace that reflects Focal Point's innovative brand and supports the needs of their growing team. With panoramic views across the city, the project provided the perfect opportunity to create a distinctive and inspiring working environment.
The brief was to design and deliver an office fit out that balanced creativity with practicality. Focal Point wanted a workspace that felt playful and memorable while remaining comfortable and efficient for everyday use.
Our office design drew inspiration from both the company's branding and the historical relationship between navigation and the night sky. Rich blue and sand tones, metallic accents and carefully integrated lighting create a striking visual identity throughout the space. These bold features are complemented by natural timber finishes and textured upholstery, resulting in a workplace that feels both sophisticated and welcoming.
The completed office fit out provides Focal Point with a modern, flexible and collaborative environment that reflects their company culture, enhances employee wellbeing and makes the most of this exceptional Bristol location.
Fully Bespoke.
The kitchen forms the real showpiece of the workplace. Charcoal cabinets are offset with open birch ply drawers, and suspended plywood and oak shelving. Large format terrazzo tiles add a bold playful element, whilst the low level lighting complete the more moody lounge feel. All of the kitchen cabinets and joinery were made fully bespoke to make the most of the space.
